Tim Mitchell Owen

Having spent 15 years in restoration flood and fire disaster recovery as well as a further 10 years in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry, Tim brings to the team a wealth of hands on experience and insight when it comes to providing his clients with the best Air Restoration, HVAC, Duct Cleaning and Mould Remediation Services.

Over the course of his career, Tim has worked within some of the largest restoration & HVAC companies in Australia where he was a trusted, reliable and dedicated team member known for his invaluable industry knowledge and expertise. This combination saw him rise quickly through the ranks from a Technician through to a Supervisor, then a Business Development Manager and finally as an Operations Manager.

Tim’s passion for the industry combined with his unbridled commitment to delivering exceptional customer service has always seen him striving to work harder, faster and to the highest standard. Which is why after many years working for other leading businesses, Tim made the decision to start his own business; one where he could personally ensure the quality of the services being carried out within a project while also building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients.

Tim believes in working collaboratively with his clients, from the beginning right up until the end of a project, ensuring he is onsite with his team of technicians to oversee all work being carried out is to the highest of standards at all times.

 

Just a few years in and Tim’s vision to bridge the quality & customer service gap in the industry is coming to life, having established an enviable reputation for performing consistently high quality work, that is not just time efficient but cost effective with the majority of his contracts coming from repeat clients throughout Queensland.

The Technicians

Complete Air Restoration technicians have been selected not only for their industry experience and skills, but for their demonstrated professionalism, reliability and positive, customer-centric attitudes in the workplace.

While the team may be small, their contribution to the successful completion of all services carried out is huge, with each team member having been personally trained and mentored by Tim to ensure that his vision for superior customer service, quality work, project efficiency and affordability are never compromised. 

​

Having worked closely together for a number of years, the Complete Air Restoration team are more than just employees, they’re part of the family and are just as committed to and passionate about their jobs Tim. 

​

Team members have a minimum of 2 years industry experience, are police checked and hold a number of licences and approvals in order to carry out their work safely and effectively.
